I started with ARC Thrift Stores in 2012 as the Marketing Director. I came to ARC from Papa Johns Pizza where I spent over 12 years as Director of Sales and Marketing, having been promoted through three franchisees beginning in San Diego, California and ending here in Colorado and Minnesota. I studied at the University of San Diego in the International Special Events department before being recruited by Papa John’s Pizza of San Diego.
I am married to my wonderful husband Mark Spencer and we have one 5 year old son named Reed and a dog named Ernie. We are very active in our Castle Rock community where we participate in several sports and a bootcamp program called Generation Fitness. I sit on the social committee for our HOA and we help to plan activities and fundraise throughout the year.
The mission of ARC is very important to me and the CASF mission has such synergy with what I do everyday with arc that it was a natural fit for me to want to get involved. The disability community, whether cognitive or physical, are individuals who want the same things you and I want. I hope to help anyone with disabilities have the same opportunities we all enjoy. I am honored to do everything I can to help CASF reach its goals; because everyone deserves to play sports.
